Application Mode: Diffuser: Use up to 10 drops in a heat-free diffuser like ALQVIMIA Flask. Bath: Dilute 10-15 drops in milk, yogurt, honey, salt, or Bath Gel. Inhalation with Steam: Inhale steam from 5 drops in hot water, covered with a towel. Sauna: Add 2 drops per 500 ml of water in the sauna.
