TERMS AND CONDITIONS

parfumtoi.no ONLINE STORE POLICY

These terms and conditions were last updated on January 8, 2026.

This document, hereinafter referred to as the "POLICY," defines the terms and conditions applicable to sales contracts concluded between, on one side, persons wishing to make a purchase through the website parfumtoi.no (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer"), and on the other side, the company Politov Denys (Denys Politov) (hereinafter referred to as "parfumtoi.no"), whose registered address is: Brännbergsgatan 2, 94143 Piteå, Sweden, Organization number: 720473-1736 with EU VAT number SE302461692601 and Norwegian VOEC number 2077787.

1. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

The Customer selects the goods and services they wish to purchase using the online catalog and submits the order on parfumtoi.no using the website's order form, following the confirmation instructions. The sales contract is considered binding when the Customer receives an order confirmation via email from parfumtoi.no.

2. PRICING AND PAYMENT

PRICES INCLUDE NORWEGIAN VAT (VOEC SCHEME)

  • All prices on the website are stated in Norwegian Kroner (NOK).
  • Prices include 25% Norwegian Value Added Tax (MVA/MOMS). This tax is reported and paid to the Norwegian authorities under the VOEC scheme (VAT on E-commerce). This ensures that the Customer pays no extra customs duties or MVA upon receipt of the goods.
  • The cost of delivery is clearly specified in the final order confirmation.
  • Payment: Payment for goods and services can be made via Visa, MasterCard, Trustly. parfumtoi.no retains ownership of the delivered goods until full payment is received.

3. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

  • Delivery Area: Goods presented on parfumtoi.no are delivered throughout Norway.
  • Shipping Method and Cost: All orders have a fixed shipping cost of 182 NOK. We use GLS/Bring for shipments.
  • Delivery Time: Normal delivery time is within 10 working days from the order date (including 1-2 days for preparation).
  • Origin of Goods: To ensure efficient logistics and availability, products are shipped from our central European warehouse located in the Czech Republic.
  • Delivery times are estimated and may be subject to change. The Customer will be notified accordingly.

4. CLAIMS AND DEFECTS (REKLAMASJON)

The Customer is responsible for checking the condition of the goods upon receipt.

  • Notice of Defect: If the goods are damaged or a defect is suspected, the Customer must report it to parfumtoi.no at info@parfumtoi.com without undue delay.
  • Liability: Descriptions and photographs of the goods are provided by suppliers/manufacturers. parfumtoi.no assumes no responsibility for inaccurate descriptions but will make every effort to correct errors.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN (14 DAYS)

The Customer has an unconditional 14-day Right of Withdrawal in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven).

  • Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period runs from the day the Customer receives the product.
  • Exceptions (Hygiene): The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons (such as perfumes, cosmetics, and beauty products) if the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Return Conditions: All returned goods must be unopened, in original and undamaged packaging. The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer.
  • Refunds: A refund of the purchase price will be provided no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

6. WARRANTY AND RIGHT TO CLAIM

Statutory Right to Claim (Reklamasjonsrett): All goods sold by parfumtoi.no are covered by the mandatory right to claim according to the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven).

7. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

The Customer has the right to access, rectify, and erase their personal data in accordance with the GDPR. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@parfumtoi.com.
