Lighteners must be shampooed thoroughly from the hair after desired lift has been achieved. Rinse thoroughly, then shampoo and condition with K-PAK Intense Hydrator for 5 minutes. Rinse again. Due to its conditioning creme base, Creme Lightener requires hot water during the rinsing stage. Rinse, shampoo, repeat.
